Endermologie vs Endosphères is the question we hear most often. Both are non-invasive, machine-based body treatments, both work on the appearance of cellulite and skin texture, and both support lymphatic-focused body care. They're also our two most-requested services, and we've been performing them in Lincoln Park since 2016.
The short answer: they're more similar than different, and the better choice usually comes down to how each one feels, how much time you have, and what you're working on.

How Endermologie works
Endermologie uses the LPG Alliance system. A handpiece with motorized rollers and gentle suction moves over the skin, lifting and rolling the tissue. Most clients describe it as a deep, relaxing massage.
It's used for the appearance of cellulite, skin texture, and lymphatic-focused body care. Results build over a series, which is why most clients come in for a run of sessions rather than a single visit.
Endermologie has the longer track record. The technology has been used in aesthetics for decades, and it's been our lead service since we opened.
Sessions run 40 minutes.
How Endosphères works
Endosphères Therapy uses compressive microvibration. The handpiece has a roller of rotating silicone spheres that vibrate against the skin at a set frequency.
It temporarily reduces the appearance of cellulite, temporarily increases local circulation, and supports lymphatic-focused body care. Many clients also book it for temporary relief of minor muscle aches after workouts.
Sessions run 55 minutes, and we also offer a shorter Endosphères Express for maintenance visits.

Can I do both?
Yes. Some clients alternate between them or use one for maintenance after completing a series of the other. We'll help you plan the spacing.
Which one works better for cellulite?
Both address the appearance of cellulite, and neither removes it permanently. Which works better varies from person to person, which is part of why some clients try both.
Do either of them cause weight loss?
No. Both are cosmetic treatments for skin appearance and body contour. Neither is a substitute for medical care or a weight-loss program.
How many sessions will I need?
Endermologie is typically a series of 11. Endosphères ranges from 6 to 12. The right number depends on your goals and the area treated, which we'll discuss at your consultation.
Are the results permanent?
No. Results with both build over a series and are maintained with ongoing sessions and a healthy routine.
Is there downtime?
No. You can return to your day right after either treatment.
